Cyclones Volleyball Parents

Through this portal you will be able to sign-up for your players club travel arrangements as well as make your personal arrangements to travel tournaments. Please select the events below and see the options available.

For events where the team is required to travel together you will also see there is a parent option as well. You may not be able to travel with the player but you will be able to secure transportation and or lodging.

Coach Bus

Coach busses will be used to transport players to some tournaments. When a bus is used for player travel there will be another bus option for the parents. So parents will have to option to take their own bus to these tournaments.

Air Travel

Some Tournaments will require that the players fly to them. For these tournaments the players will travel as a team to the event. The flights will be arranged by the club and Cozy Adventure Vacations. IF you need to change, alter or wish to book your own return flight you can contact Cozy Adventure Vacations with details and bookings.

Cozy Adventure Vacations is available to also handle all parent and family travel as well.

Hotel Blocks

Tournaments that require travel will also require lodging. Team lodging will be booked and handled between Cyclones and Cozy Adventure Vacations.

Cozy Adventure Vacations will also secure hotel blocks for the parents and families. These may or may not be in the same hotel. All parent or family bookings come directly through Cozy Adventure Vacations.

    Girls 17u East-Black June 20th - 24th- Fly in June 19th and Return June 24th

    Girls 16u Black June 24th - 28th- Fly in June 23rd and Return June 28th

    Boys 18u Black, 18u Green, 16u Black- Fly in June 28th and Return July 3rd
