Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC – Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking travel arrangements through Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC, you (“client,” “customer,” or “traveler”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC provides professional travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to customized itineraries, cruise arrangements, accommodations, tours, and concierge travel support. All travel services are arranged through third-party suppliers.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Confirm and ensure possession of all required travel documents (e.g., valid passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, etc.) prior to departure. We are not liable for any delays or denials of entry due to missing or invalid documentation.
- Review and understand the cancellation policies, terms, and conditions of each supplier involved in the booking. These may include airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel service providers. These policies may differ from Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC’s policies and are binding upon the traveler.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and promptly communicate any changes to travel plans.
3. Supplier Terms and Conditions
Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers. All bookings are subject to the supplier's own terms, conditions, and policies. These may include, but are not limited to, cancellation fees, change fees, refund limitations, baggage allowances, and check-in requirements. By booking through us, you agree to be bound by the individual supplier’s terms in addition to ours.
4. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are subject to availability and change without notice until full payment is received.
- Deposits may be required to secure reservations and are often non-refundable.
- Final payment deadlines are set by the suppliers and must be met to avoid cancellation of bookings and forfeiture of funds.
- It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that final payment is made on time. Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC will provide a secure payment link for final payment; however, the client must complete the transaction before the final payment due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of any paid amounts, per supplier terms.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier. Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC will assist in communicating with suppliers but is not responsible for enforcing or guaranteeing refunds. We highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance to cover trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. By declining travel insurance, the client acknowledges the risks and releases Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC from any liability related to uncovered travel disruptions.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Cozy Adventure Vacations LLC is not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting therefrom. We are not liable for weather conditions, labor actions, mechanical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect travel plans.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
